Transfernode publishes informational descriptions of seasonal rollout programs. Delivery timelines, participant counts, or outlet constraints referenced online are illustrative unless confirmed in a signed statement of work.

You agree not to misuse contact forms for unsolicited bulk messages, not to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, and not to scrape content in ways that degrade site performance for other visitors.

Unless noted, Transfernode retains rights to copy, diagrams, and downloadable templates. You may quote short excerpts with attribution; broader reuse requires written approval.

To the fullest extent permitted under Republic of Korea law, Transfernode is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses arising from reliance on website materials. Liability for direct damages is capped at the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected where applicable.

Parties should first attempt good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts located in Daejeon, Korea, unless another venue is mandatory for consumers.

We may suspend site features or remove accounts that violate these terms. Provisions that logically survive termination — including liability limits and intellectual property clauses — remain in force.

We may update these General Terms to reflect operational or legal shifts. Material updates will be noted with a revised last updated date at the top of this page.
