Program fees quoted on this site are informational until confirmed in a written agreement. This policy outlines cancellation and refund expectations for contracted Transfernode engagements involving paid studio services.

Clients purchasing services directly from Transfernode may request refunds according to the timelines below. Reseller or marketplace purchases follow those channels unless otherwise contracted.

Where Korean consumer regulations grant a statutory withdrawal window for applicable contracts, clients may cancel within fourteen calendar days of signing unless services commenced earlier with explicit consent.

If deliverables were partially completed before cancellation, Transfernode may invoice for verifiable hours and hard costs incurred up to the cancellation notice.

Third-party licensing fees, rush-print deposits, or venue rentals billed pass-through are typically non-refundable once vendors confirm bookings.

Email studio@transfernode.digital with contract reference, reason for cancellation, and banking details for reimbursements. We acknowledge requests within five business days.

Approved refunds post within fourteen business days via the original payment path where possible; wire reimbursements may take longer depending on correspondent banking cycles.

Force majeure events may delay onsite rehearsals; refunds shift to credit toward rescheduled dates unless statutes require cash refunds.
